2017 CBR 125R in the high 40,000 range

I bought it from the previous owner, picked it up at the service center, replaced the engine oil and consumables, and even replaced the muffler and side mirrors with stock parts. However, due to my parents' disapproval, I haven't been able to ride it and am now selling it. There have been absolutely no falls or slips. I only occasionally started the engine in the underground parking lot. The first video shows the exhaust tuned, and the second shows it in its stock state. The first and second photos were sent by the previous owner. A slight negotiation is possible for a quick sale, and if you purchase it, I will also include an SC muffler, wing, and side mirrors.
