This is a Wtaps down padded vest. I believe it is absolutely impossible to find a listing with such pristine condition these days. I have kept it in my collection for several years and am now selling it. I consider this a valuable item for Wtaps enthusiasts. Since this is a rare item, I will not respond to useless questions or inquiries regarding price negotiation. Condition - 9/10 It is in like-new condition with absolutely no signs of age or damage.
