I purchased this around August 2024 to use as a monitor, and I don't think I've used it even 15 times. When I took it out for the first time in a year, I noticed some discoloration on the strap. I disinfected it with alcohol, but if you are concerned, I recommend replacing the strap. Aside from the strap, it is in like-new condition. The screen displays perfectly, there are no functional issues, and it has been factory reset. The batteries in each controller are low. They use AA batteries; simply replace them and they will connect immediately.
