With its kiln-fired enamel dial, large Roman numerals, a robust Longines movement equipped with 15 jewels, and thick glass, it is believed to have been quite valuable at the time. Additionally, the Longines logo is stamped on the inside of the case back. Since it was common practice back then for jewelers or watch shops to source parts separately and assemble them, there were often cases where the logo was missing from the case. However, this watch was assembled directly by Longines headquarters and distributed as a finished product. This form factor adds even more value.
