Warranty and box are all included. I originally purchased it with a metal band and shortened it by two links. I rarely used the metal band until I replaced it with a leather band. I have kept the remaining strap from when I shortened the metal band. Both the metal and leather bands are included, but the battery needs to be replaced. No exchanges or returns.
