Abandoned gaming PC

This is a gaming PC that I used a while ago and then left neglected. The cabinet is in terrible condition, and there is a lot of dust accumulated. I think it's an i5, but I'm not entirely sure. 16GB of RAM. 1060 graphics card. I used it briefly as a dual-PC setup a week ago, but I am selling it for parts because the monitor won't connect. The fans are all spinning fine, but I'm not sure because I'm not very knowledgeable about computers.
