Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between JD House ('Company') and users of Nada Market ('Service').

1. 'Service' refers to Nada Market, a local barter exchange platform operated by the Company.
2. 'User' means any member or non-member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. 'Member' means a person who has registered with the Company.
4. 'Trade' means the exchange of goods between members without monetary payment.

1. These Terms take effect when published on the Service.
2. The Company may amend these Terms with reasonable cause.
3. Amended Terms will be announced 7 days before their effective date. Users who disagree may withdraw.

2. Member comments and chat
3. Trade requests and acceptance
4. Other services developed or partnered by the Company

1. Users may sign up via Naver, Kakao, or Google social accounts.
2. By registering, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Users under 14 years of age may not use the Service.

1. No impersonation or false information
2. No listing of illegal, obscene, or copyright-infringing items
3. No disruption of Service operations or hacking
4. No hate speech or harassment toward other members
5. No commercial spam or advertising

1. Nada Market is an intermediary and is not a party to member trades.
2. All responsibility for trades lies with the members involved.
3. The Company does not intervene in or guarantee member disputes.

1. The Company is not liable for losses arising from member trades.
2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of user-posted information.
3. The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
