Cartier Love Ring Size 50

This is a Love ring from Cartier purchased by my ex-boyfriend in 2022 at the Shinsegae Department Store in Yeongdeungpo. It's size 50 (Korean size is 10). There is some wear and tear, but I know that it can be polished at the store. I haven't had it polished. There are no engravings. The warranty certificate, purchase receipt, and ring case are with my ex-boyfriend, so I'm selling it for a lower price. Instead, I've attached photos taken when he purchased it.
